Ilaria Gentile loves her work unconditionally; she likes to define herself as a pastry chef because hers is not just a passion that can fade over time, but pure love – the kind without end, the kind you give without expecting anything in return, except the joy and happiness of those who taste the delicacies she creates in the laboratory.
For Ilaria, becoming a pastry chef was an inner necessity, a true rebirth: being coeliac herself, she decided to delve into pastry methods by attending numerous courses with prestigious teachers such as Montersino and Di Carlo. She collaborated with important cafes, participated in various events and competitions, including one organised by the Italian Coeliac Association, where she secured the first place with a cake of her own creation.

Ilaria's desire has always been to welcome customers to her artisanal pastry shop with refined sweets and delightful treats, aiming to satisfy all tastes and palates, ranging from traditional to experimental pastries. She keeps a watchful eye on intolerances and allergies without neglecting taste.
The pastry laboratory produces sweet and savoury products every day for everyone: muffins, delicate biscuits, single portions to try and take away, fresh and dry pastries, fruit tartlets, pies, jams and preserves, bread, toast, mini pizzas, and savoury cakes.
