Ily's pastry laboratory is where Ilaria Gentile feels perfectly at home, a place for experimentation. After touring half of Italy to learn from the best pastry chefs, she has finally found her path.

Her artisanal patisserie is not just a recipe reproduced verbatim; it's the result of study and experiments. Ilaria enjoys 'deglutinating' normal recipes and making them suitable for everyone. "I like to think that when someone tastes one of my desserts, they can experience pleasant sensations, and a cake made by me can elicit the WOW effect from someone seeing something beautiful and tasting something delicious for the first time."
Ilaria welcomes you to her pastry shop, an informal yet elegant setting, with a lovely attached tea room to savour her delicacies.
