Her artisan pastry is not a simple recipe reproduced to the letter, but represents the result of study and experiments, because she likes to "gluten" normal recipes and make them suitable for everyone: "I like to think that when someone tastes one of my desserts they can try and relive pleasant sensations and that a cake made by me can create the WOW effect of those who see for the first time something beautiful to see and good to taste".
